Summer Break in July-August ‘23

About The Episode

During July and August, we’ll be taking a break for summer and will pause from posting new interviews.

You can keep up with us on our Instagram, where we’ll be sharing dog-centric artists throughout the Dog Days of Summer. Follow us there at instagram.com/dogsavethepeople for a mix of photographs, illustrations, and more.

We do have an exciting announcement to share: there will be a Season 2 of our spin-off Dog Walk Meditation podcast. We will be sharing select episode previews in the Dog Save The People podcast feed.

Season 2 will be guided by former guest Annette McGivney, who you may remember from her touching story with her dogs Sunny and Trudy and their special connection to nature.

Annette is a journalist, book author, and meditator. She will help to guide you and your dog to enjoy some time outside together, which she typically finds to be the best part of her day.

If you haven’t heard Season 1 of the Dog Walk Meditation podcast, guided by John Bartlett, you can listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or anywhere you get your podcasts.

We love highlighting the amazing ways that life is better with dogs through stories authentically told by people who experience it firsthand. And as an independent publisher, we appreciate any and all support — whether that be sharing our social posts, buying a t-shirt at dogsavethepeople.com/shop, leaving us a review on Apple Podcasts, or submitting ideas for guests at dogsavethepeople.com/connect.

Enjoy the summer with your dogs and make sure to get outside and enjoy it, together!
