A New Spinoff Series from Dog Save The People

About The Episode

This special bonus episode features a sample meditation episode, Leaving Negativity, from a new spinoff series – Dog Walk Meditation – brought to you by the team at Dog Save The People.

This walking meditation is designed to help us release the negativity in our lives, to open up to a wider spectrum of compassion and forgiveness. While humans may have a hard time letting go of grudges or negative thoughts, we can take a lesson from our dogs to more assuredly move forward. Dogs don’t linger on the past, they live in the moment and keep going. If we’re able to free our minds of unnecessary burden and instead let go, we can live a better daily life as a result.

This seasonal series will feature short meditations specially designed for personal time spent with dogs, such as on a walk together, which may strengthen your mutual connection. The goal of the show is to release the mind from distractions, reduce stress, and focus on the present moment.

You may recognize the guide for these Dog Walk Meditation episodes – none other than John Bartlett, the host of the Dog Save The People podcast. John is a certified mediation teacher and the guide for the show.
